ABOUT WELMI

I am a Clinical Psychologist registered as an independent psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.


I have been in private practice in Kwa-Zulu Natal since 2010, prior to which I have worked at the Kwa-Zulu Natal Department of Health at various hospitals. I have recently relocated to the Western Cape.


I consult either in-person at my rooms or online via my virtual practice.


An eclectic approach is used in my practice, depending on my patient’s needs. I have experience in various treatment modalities, including CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused therapy. I also enjoy doing forensic work
